It is a four-bedroom house 180 m2 on 2 levels. It is located 2 km from Sant Antoni de Calonge, in a sunny position, area with little traffic, 2 km from the sea.It has a living/dining room with TV and DVD. It exits to the patio and to the swimming pool. Its kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and micro wave. There is a bathroom with shower/WC.Heating, washing machine, dryer and wireless internet is provided.Guests can enjoy the balcony 6 m2, terrace 56 m2, garden 200 m2 with terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. For private use there is a garden with lawn 200 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and an outside shower.There is also a reserved parking. Please note that a car is essential.Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar and bus stop "Sant Antoni de Calonge" are in 2 km, railway station "Caldes de Malavella" 35 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 2 km.
