This is a four-room semi-detached house 130 m2 on 3 levels, located 2 km from the centre of Begur and 2 km from the sea.It has a living/dining room of 27 m2 with open fireplace, TV (only ES) and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Separate WC. Boiler (100 litres). On the lower ground floor: 1 room 9 m2 with 1 double bed, bathroom with a bath, bidet and a toilet. Mezzanine room 12 m2 with 2 beds.Another bedroom has 1 french bed with exit to the terrace. Terrace of 9 m2 is partly covered, patio 37 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue are to your disposal. View of the sea and the mountains.Facilities include washing machine, iron. Private patio (37 m2). Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking by the house. Please note: maximum 1 pet/dog allowed, car essential.Supermarket is 3 km. away, restaurant 2 km., bar 2 km., railway station "Flaçà" 30 km., sandy beach 6 km., shingle beach "Sa Tuna" 2 km.
